PCS1800 distributed control system with PLC structure provides convenient system integration application, based on nearly 20 years of research and development of control system and engineering practice experience of Chitic, and has been optimized for small-scale application.The system is reliable, easy to use, open, flexible, and simple to maintain.The system adopts rack-mounted installation, fully assembled into 8/16/32 channel I/O modules, compact in small size.The control station adopts modular structure, a single tank volume exceeding 500 points.Matching special transfer terminal board, support rapid integration.The system software is professional, simple and easy to use, which can help users archive a series of control application requirements with best performance.

System Scale



PCS1800 system can flexibly build from small scale to large scale system according to different control objects and devices from users. The system supports up to 32 control stations, 64 operation stations or engineer stations. Each control station can support up to 32 I/O modules, with up to 512 analog I/O and 1024 digital I/O, which can constitute 256 PID control circuits.

In PCS1800 system, the control station realizes data acquisition, control operation and control output in the industrial field. Engineer Station/Operation Station

The system operation station is the equipment used by the operators in the industrial field. The operators can monitor the process quantity flexibly, conveniently and accurately through the keyboard or mouse, and adjust the process parameters according to the process changes. The engineer station is used for the function configuration and configuration data download of the application system, and can also replace the operator station to play the role of operation monitoring.

PCS1800 industrial control application software platform based on Windows operating system and RTOS multi-task real-time operating system, component structure design. The software adopts 32-bit multi-task and multi-thread technology, which integrates multi-functions like field data collection, algorithm execution, real-time data and historical data processing, alarm and security mechanism, process control, animation display, trend curve, report output and network monitoring.
